Types 304-2B and 316-2B Stainless Steel combine excellent mechanical properties with superior resistance to many corrosive agents encountered in domestic and industrial use. Z PURLINS and Z GIRTS

Flexospan provides standard, even-profile Z purlins and Z girts as well as custom profiles and punching patterns. We manufacture many components from 1/2″ steel subgirts to 14″ sections up to 10 gauge.

C PURLINS and C GIRTS

Flexospan provides standard, even-profile C purlins and C girts as well as custom profiles and punching patterns. We manufacture many components from 1/2″ steel subgirts to 14″ sections up to 10 gauge.

B Deck

B Deck is the most common type of roof deck and is typically used when spans are less than 10′. Type B Metal Deck Profile is a 1 1/2″ deep, wide rib, structural metal deck section that provides a support surface for various types of decking materials.

Flexospan’s Vertarib wall panel combines form and function. The recessed channels on this wall panel house semi-concealed fasteners, creating a smooth, flat appearance.

1/2 Corrugated

2.67″ x 1/2″ Corrugated

The Flexospan 1/2″ corrugated siding panel is our most economical. It’s useful for standard applications which require both durability and economy. We manufacture our wall products from our stocked, 44″ coil width and a 36″ width.

3/4 Corrugated

2.67″ x 3/4″ Corrugated

The Flexospan 3/4″ wall and roofing panel is an excellent choice for medium-length spans, or when strength is important. Allowing wider spans, this panel can be used as roofing or siding. The deeper corrugation enhances appearance by making a more defined visual impact.

7/8 Corrugated

2.67″ X 7/8″ Corrugated

By increasing the corrugation depth to 7/8″, much greater spans are possible. This results in a savings on structural steel cost. When used as a roofing sheet, the 7/8″ deep corrugation is capable of carrying off greater volumes of water than the 1/2″ corrugated, making it useful for roofing applications.

FL-24 Panel

FL-24

The Flexospan FL-24 is our standard liner panel. It provides 24″ of coverage and comes standard with three stiffening ribs. It’s useful as a flat liner panel for both roofing and siding wall applications where additional insulation or strength is required.

FSS-18 Panel

FSS-18

The Flexospan Standing Seam 18 metal roofing panel is designed for both new and retrofit projects. With a seam of 2 5/8″ or 2.625″, an overall coverage area of 18″ and stiffening ribs as standard, the FSS-18 is especially useful where strength over open purlins is required or where there are long runs with limited openings.
