Energy efficient radiant barrier reflective Fluropon coatings are field-proven, high performance exterior quality finishes designed to enhance the energy efficiency of buildings.

Cool roofing is a part of an interdependent system of exterior roofing surfaces, substrates, underlayment, configurations, ventilation, and insulation.

Reflective Fluropon coatings are available in a variety of colors.

Premium fluoropolymer coatings contain 70% Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 resins and solar reflective pigments.

This powerful combination provides a durable color coating that resists heat absorption and enables the building to cool down faster. As a result, the air-conditioner does not run as much and energy consumption is decreased. All Fluropon reflective coatings have a minimum solar reflectance value of 0.25. The typical emittance value of these coatings is 0.85 to 0.90.

SRI - Colors with a minimum Solar Reflective Index of 29

Note: 29 is the LEED Certification Standard for roof slopes greater than 2:12

White is the LEED certified energy efficient color with a minimum Solar Reflective Index of 78.

The Flexospan 1/2″ corrugated siding panel is our most economical. It’s useful for standard applications which require both durability and economy. We manufacture our wall products from our stocked, 44″ coil width and a 36″ width.

3/4 Corrugated

2.67″ x 3/4″ Corrugated

The Flexospan 3/4″ wall and roofing panel is an excellent choice for medium-length spans, or when strength is important. Allowing wider spans, this panel can be used as roofing or siding. The deeper corrugation enhances appearance by making a more defined visual impact.

7/8 Corrugated

2.67″ X 7/8″ Corrugated

By increasing the corrugation depth to 7/8″, much greater spans are possible. This results in a savings on structural steel cost. When used as a roofing sheet, the 7/8″ deep corrugation is capable of carrying off greater volumes of water than the 1/2″ corrugated, making it useful for roofing applications.

FSS-18 Panel

The Flexospan Standing Seam 18 metal roofing panel is designed for both new and retrofit projects. With a seam of 2 5/8″ or 2.625″, an overall coverage area of 18″ and stiffening ribs as standard, the FSS-18 is especially useful where strength over open purlins is required or where there are long runs with limited openings.

The Flexospan Standing Seam 316 metal roof panel is a straight-sided, non-trapezoidal metal roofing panel that’s simple to install and flash. It’s best suited to roofs with continuous transitions or mansards and for light industrial and commercial-grade applications.
