LINER PANELS

Exterior Liner Panels & Interior Liner Panels

Exterior Liner Panels - Roofing & Siding

Flexospan’s metal liner panels are useful for both roofing and siding wall applications where additional insulation or strength is required. They can be perforated for use as an acoustic panel, and/or coated with any of our standard finishes.

There are two types of liners; exterior and interior.

Exterior liner panels are designed to be erected on the outside of purlins and girts, with a sub girt mounted on top, and the outermost panel attached to the sub girt.

Liner panels can be used with any of our exterior panels to create a field-assembled insulated wall or roof system.

1/2 Corrugated

2.67″ x 1/2″ Corrugated

The Flexospan 1/2″ corrugated siding panel is our most economical. It’s useful for standard applications which require both durability and economy. We manufacture our wall products from our stocked, 44″ coil width and a 36″ width.

3/4 Corrugated

2.67″ x 3/4″ Corrugated

The Flexospan 3/4″ wall and roofing panel is an excellent choice for medium-length spans, or when strength is important. Allowing wider spans, this panel can be used as roofing or siding. The deeper corrugation enhances appearance by making a more defined visual impact.

7/8 Corrugated

2.67″ X 7/8″ Corrugated

By increasing the corrugation depth to 7/8″, much greater spans are possible. This results in a savings on structural steel cost. When used as a roofing sheet, the 7/8″ deep corrugation is capable of carrying off greater volumes of water than the 1/2″ corrugated, making it useful for roofing applications.

FL-24 Panel

FL-24

The Flexospan FL-24 is our standard liner panel. It provides 24″ of coverage and comes standard with three stiffening ribs. It’s useful as a flat liner panel for both roofing and siding wall applications where additional insulation or strength is required.

FE-12 Panel

FE-12

The FE-12 is a 12″-wide, flush wall panel, with stiffener ribs. (It is available without the stiffener ribs.) It has a clean, flat appearance.

The FE-12 can be used as a liner panel on the inside and outside of the building.

Interior Liner Panels - Roofing & Siding

Interior liner panels function as an internal wall or ceiling panel mounted to the inside of the purlins and girts. Most all of our through-fastened panels (typically used externally) can also be used in this interior design.

Additional Flexospan panels that can be used as an Interior liner panel:
